Assad Shamim Mirza

My primary focus is on Condominium and Homeowners Association litigation issues. I handle cases involving enforcement of Association covenants, developer disputes, contractor disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures, landlord tenant disputes, breach of contract, and breach of association reserve account provisions. I am a graduate of Villanova University with an LL.M. in Tax Law, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor's of Accounting from Florida International University. I am a member of the Florida and Washington D.C. Bars as well as a member of the U.S. Tax Court. I was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida, and he is a Member of the Broward County and Miami-Dade County Bar Associations and the Florida Institute of CPA's.

I previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the area of mergers and acquisitions for FPL Group, Qualtec, Inc., and Leblanc & Royal Enterprises, Inc., and I brings with me an extensive background and wealth of knowledge in analyzing financial statements and negotiating transactions.
