The builder didnt want to comply with building the home in the sale price we had agreed and had signed. Mr. Dieguez helped us in every way possoble so we could keep our home. He went in person to the me...rtings and charged us a very fair fee. We were able to keep the contract and they built our home.We recommend him, he is a man of his word and came through on everything he promised initially. He would always be our first choice.

Probate Case: If you don't continuously call him, he will prolong your case. He makes false promises of the things that can be done. Once you retain him as your attorney he wants the easy alway out of everything. He went from me buying my family members out, to just sell the property. Please underst...and he never even address an offer at all to my family or the courts. The easy way out for him was just to sell it. I refuse to sell so after obtaining all my money then he filed for irreconcilable difference. Now after giving him all my money, I have to start all over again. Foreclosure: He was handling the forclosure on the property as well. All he would ever tell me was he can't get in contact with the bank attorney and the bank attorney does not return his calls. Again please know he never filed anything on the property with the court except for him being the attorney representing the Power of Estate.
