Last year I gave her lawfirm $2,400 to modify my mortgage. was told if they couldn't modify , then I would get a "Nice fixed rate" I have an upside down, negative amortization loan. Three people that I dealt with left this firm then was told I didn't qualify. Was handed over to Hector who said ...he would try to get me a fixed rate. He never even called my bank. This firm led me on for over 6 months. I want my refund as they did nothing to justify $2,400. I could have done what they did. they are a disgrace what they do to people. When I signed up I was told not to pay my mortgage that it would look better. They did nothing but ruin my credit for following their advice. I see now Franklin Law group rating on BBB is F. To save her firms face you think she would at least work out payment to the 46 clients that have a complaint on her firm. This would not be alot for a "lawfirm".
