Probate attorney Jacqueline R. Bowden Gold strives to work with the Personal Representative (PR) and Trustee in the most cost-effective way. If the “PR” is fully competent to handle most of the PR tasks, we will work in a legal support role. If the PR does not have the time, or does not feel comfortable handling these tasks, we can perform all PR tasks while keeping the PR fully informed on all significant decisions.
Our Miami trust lawyers can help the successor trustee deal with the complexities of trust administration in Florida. Therefore successor trustees may call upon legal, accounting, and investment professionals for assistance. Regardless of whether the trust was drafted by our office, we are available to assist the Trustee.

As a native of Miami, Florida, Ms. Gold received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013. Ms. Gold was President of the Student Bar Association where she served as the voice for the student body. Also, Ms. Gold was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, Hispanic American Law Student Association, and Animal Legal Defense Fund. Ms. Gold also completed a fellowship with the Honorable George A. Sarduy of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Family Division.
