Biography
Andrew I. Roth, Esq. is the founder of Roth Law, P.A. and focuses his practice on real property matters. Roth Law, P.A. is a full-service real estate law firm, title, escrow, and closing services company. Prior to opening the firm, Mr. Roth worked as an associate attorney litigating title insurance claims, foreclosures, landlord/tenant disputes, and other real property matters.
Mr. Roth earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, with a certificate in Taxation, from the St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, FL, where he was a staff editor on the St. Thomas Law Review and a member of the International Moot Court. He also received The Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction ("CALI") Excellence for the Future Awards in Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Development & Finance.
Mr. Roth also holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University, where he was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for high academic achievement. Mr. Roth is admitted to the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Realtor® Association, has been an active Florida licensed real estate sales associate since 2005, and a Florida licensed mortgage loan originator since 2003.
