Solangel Verde

Mrs. Verde is very honest with everything related to the law. I do not live in Florida and the time difference from where I live and Florida is 3 hours so calling the office when it was open was difficult for me. I emailed a lot and Mrs. Verde responded, even when it was late in the night. She did a ...great job in reinforcing and reminding me about the law while in court kept herself very professional (I say this because I’ve seen other attorneys show the complete opposite of professional). Her secretary, Virginia, doesn’t have the most solid communication skills, but that is not Mrs. Verde’s fault. I got part of what I wanted in my custody agreement, however, I was not blind sighted by Mrs. Verde because she was open, honest, and responsive throughout the whole process.

Let me tell you a little bit of my experience with this wonderful lawyer: I started working with Ms. Solangel since 2007 for a divorce matters, after my ex wife took my 4 years old daughter and moved back to Peru WITHOUT letting me ...know about it. The case was fast with acceptable cost in comparison with other family lawyers with so many years of experience. Then after many years of my daughter living separated from me because of what the mother did, the mother decided to move back to south Florida with my daughter and not only that, as soon as she came here, she opened a case in the family court asking for child support in a fight terms, knowing that i was sending money every months for my daughter expences (i still have ALL the Western Union money transfers receipts for all those years). After that smart decision of this woman i HAD TO answer that “sue letter” thats why I decided to ask for Ms. Solangel help again, after i talked to 4 different family lawyers but none of them looked for my trust. Its incredible how Ms. Solangel know her job and how easy for her and with such a kind of secure in what she is saying even in front of the judge. Also something that I noticed every time Ms. Solangel and I went to the family courthouse in Miami downtown is that every floor we went thru and inside the elevator, there was always some courthouse employee who say good morning to her and even asked for Ms. Solangel kids. Those reactions of this employees showed me that Ms. Solangel has a good reputation also inside the courthouse building. OF COURSE we won the case and now I can be with my daughter more days that i could expected, knowing that her mother really want to take me out of my daughter life. Makes a big difference to work with a God’s woman like Ms. Solangel Verde. Thank you very much Solangel for all your help and patience.

Don’t waste your time if you have a pressing issue that needs to be handled or any issue. Communication is horrible. Poor office staff seems to always be clueless of what’s going on. She gives false promises and don’t follow through. I hired this lawyer paid retainer asked for in full. Had my case fo...r 2 months and absolutely nothing was done. I don’t understand why she didn’t just have the courtesy to refuse to take on my case, instead decided to waste my family time when we could of seeked representative else where.

At the beginning of my case, I specifically asked to keep my last name and told the paralegal to ensure this would happen. I was assured it would but in the end, my last name was officially changed to my maiden name. He never even sent me the documentation needed for the final hearing. I have tried c...alling Solangel's paralegal Roberto numerous times these past few weeks and left voicemails but now, it seems that my number has been blocked as the call won't even go through. This is a mistake that is costing me a lot of time and money. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend this attorney.
