Ricardo Antonio Rodriguez

Ricardo Rodriguez is happily married to Arax Rodriguez, who is also the Director of Operations at Rodriguez Law. Together they strive to create a peaceful  atmosphere where all clients feel at ease and are treated like family. They pride themselves in giving clients individualized attention.  Ricardo sees each client personally and leaves no rock unturned when investigating the best options available.  The relationships they strive to attain with their clients are based on trust. Attorney Ricardo A. Rodriguez was born and raised in Queens, New York. He moved to Florida with his family in 1991 and continued his education here. In 2001 he graduated from Nova University Shepard Law Center and was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 13, 2001.  Shortly after, he was also admitted to the Federal Courts of Florida.

After graduating from law school, Ricardo worked as an assistant Miami-Dade Public Defender representing clients in various criminal cases and that’s where his drive to protect clients grew.  After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, he practiced law at several civil firms representing seriously injured clients in personal injury and worker’s compensation cases until he established his own law practice in early 2005.  His court experience includes bench and jury trials and Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy hearings.
