Carlos Manuel Rippes

I hired him for a case against my ex who is a drunk with 3 dui's including a hit and run and who came to pick up the child drunk and a police officer wrote a report that he was extremely drunk at the time of pick up. In court the judge scolded me for not initiating a motion and reinst...ated visitations. Carlos Rippes said the same thing to me that he said to the previous reviewer, he said we didn't need to do anything but defend it in court. I had everything lined up legally for our child to remain safe and away from his irresponsible drunken father and he just took my money and did nothing, did not file, did not respond to any opposing claims. I also have hired a real attorney since and the difference is astronomical.

I am currently going through a child custody battle with my xwife. He didn't prepare for any o the hearings. The opposing counsel would make accusations and he had no response. He had no preparation. It seemed as if he never read my case files. I also paid him to file a petition for child support. He... never did and when I asked him about it he said that now wasn't a good time, that men never get child support from the mother. But then why did he charge me? I have since hired another attorney. Wow what a difference when you have a real lawyer. Trust me don't ever hire this attorney!! You will regret it.
