Lawrence Scott Tolchinsky

Larry Tolchinsky is married to a college professor, has two children, and is actively involved in local youth sports programs as a head coach for baseball, basketball and flag football.  Larry takes pride in the fact that he has become a trusted advisor to many of his clients because he looks our for them like he does for his own family members.

Since 1994, Larry has achieved a level of success in his law practice and trust in the community as a Broward county real estate and probate attorney. He has been a featured local lawyer for several nationally recognized financial institutions including, Bank of America (f/k/a Barnett Bank) and John Hancock.  Larry has also been approved by most of the nations largest real estate lending companies, including Bank of America, CitiBank, ChaseManahattan Mortgage Company, SunTrust and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to issue title insurance in residential real estate closings and/or refinancings.

Larry Tolchinsky is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Economics. Larry achieved his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity. Larry is a long standing member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.

Larry writes extensively about Florida real estate law on his blog, including issues related to Florida partition lawsuits, and real estate closings.

Larry represents clients located in Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Davie, North Miami Beach, Dania Beach and all other cities in Miami-Dade and Broward County since 1994.
