Didn't handle fiduciary matters correctly
He gave my personal phone # and fax # to opposing counsel! And then, opposing counsel called me at work! Not trustworthy
Did not handle a probate matter correctly - did not file the Will of the decedent (nor did he explain why he did not). Did not explain any of the acts he did on behalf of the person to whom he was POA. He did not even dispose of the ashes in the manner in which he was instructed by a written Will.
