Patrick Michael Grall

I met with Mr Grall due to an automobile accident. He was referred to me by a family member. When I met with him, he was very friendly,put me right at ease, and was genuinely interested in my case. He asked me a lot of questions about my accident, took notes,and explained the process going forw...ard. He was very transparent about the fees, any additional costs should the case move forward if it had to go to court if no negotiated settlement could be reached. He also explained that process in great depth moving forward with a lawsuit. It was hoped that a reasonable settlement could be reached without going through that process. As the case progressed, I was kept informed by either Mr Grall or his legal assistant, Laura. After he went back and forth with an adjuster, no negotiated settlement was reached. Mr Grall then asked me if I wanted to file a lawsuit. The decision was mine to make. He explained everything to me regarding that decision from extra cost, the impact on me, and what I could expect by doing so. I decided to file a lawsuit. Ultimately, a negotiated settlement was reached without having to go any further with a lawsuit. He fought hard, negotiated well and always had my best interest at heart. Hi staff is friendly and helpful and I always felt comfortable there. I highly recommend him as I know he will work hard to do the best he can for his clients.

I was a victim of a dog attack that should not have happened at a public dog park.
