Absolutely amazing. I am 76 and was confused with what to do with a bad tenant with multiple damage of my only apartment. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me giving me my options truthfully good and bad. Told me what I could do "don't pay me yet", he said. I just can't believe how lucky I am...
