Goldman International Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm practicing in the areas of international law, immigration, yachting, real estate structuring and tax resolution. My international experience includes working in Liverpool and Monaco.
The firm's clients fall into 3 main categories:
1. Foreigners (non-US citizens) with issues in the USA that they need legal assistance with including setting up US companies, analyzing their US tax obligations, obtaining visas (immigrant and non-immigrant).
2. Americans wishing to work or live abroad, purchasing foreign property or yachts to be used in EU waters.
3. Persons with IRS tax problems requiring assistance with resolving levies on wages and tax liens, making offers in compromise, abatement of penalties and interest, installment agreements, representation in administrative appeals, etc.
I am bilingual in English and French.
