With my in-laws passing away within a month of each other, there was no way the family was going to save their house. Michelle stepped in and helped us through a strained foreclosure process (Covid-19 for two years, squatters, etc.). She did a terrific job not only helping us but keeping us informed.... It was a real pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend her.

I found Ms. Napier to be most helpful with the legal issues I had. I especially appreciated that she was very ethical in her approach to all my issues, and also did not run up her bill excessively for services rendered. I found her to be down to earth, very personable. Both she and her assistant ...kept me very well informed. She is very organized and there was nothing that "fell thru the loops". I have already referred one person to Ms. Napier, and would do so again.

I hired Attorney Napier for a parenting plan and child support to be established. Michelle was very quick to respond to my emails and calls and she seemed like she cared. She gave me a military discount which was very nice. However, my case still cost around $50,000 for me to end up more screwed than... when I started. I am very disappointed in the outcome. An agreement was reached between me and the Childs mother but Michelle refused to file it. She insisted we go to trial. So we did. The Judge messed up her math on child support so we had to have a rehearing. That cost $10,000 more. When I asked Michelle after the re hearing why she did not file for me not to pay the other persons attorney fees (like I asked) because I could not afford it I was shrugged off and told she was withdrawing from the case because I had no more money to give her. She did not give me an answer to that important question. So as long as you have the money to keep pouring into your case she will be attentive. I do not recommend Michelle.
