Biography
Jordan J. Lulich is a licensed Florida Attorney who concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate Law. His practice includes the representation of buyers, sellers, real estate agents, real estate brokers, and mortgage lenders. A large part of his practice entails the issuance of title insurance as he is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. Mr. Lulich has a distinguished knowledge of the real estate rules and laws as he is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and regularly enjoys serving as a Real Estate Instructor to real estate agents. He also focuses on representing clients in litigation disputes involving real estate related matters and serious injury matters where clients have been permanently injured. As a double graduate of Florida State University, Mr. Lulich returned to Indian River County to practice in 2018. In his free time, he has completed numerous half marathons, 10k races, 5k races, and enjoys time competitively racing. Mr. Lulich grew up in Indian River County and is an alumni and current Board Member of the Indian River Charter High School.
