This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the Florida Bar to understand the reasons for this disbarment.
This means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Anyone that even considers using this man better have their heads checked. I have found that he is a man of no morals. He will take your money and sit on his behind and do absolutely nothing. He returns no phone calls. Well what can you expect from an attorney that was evicted from his office, works from home with only a cell phone, has no secretary or paralegal working for him, and rather then research to defend you prefers putting on a show for the courtroom spectators. The man doesn't even have a bank account and must use a check cashing service because of non payments and garnishments against him. American Express must have a hitman out looking for him.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
