Great lawyer

I've used Mr. Marasco on two different occasions. One for a domestic charge (which did not happen) from a crazy wife, and another to get me divorced from said crazy wife. Domestic to (what could have been) criminal... Robert helped me through a very difficult situation, and at a very reasonable cost.... I was referred to him by another friend who went through a similar situation as I did. Robert worked with me around 20 years ago, and I was satisfied. I didn't leave review at the time as internet reviews were not "a thing", leaving it now because I can, and he deserves it.

Cost Me Over 5 Years of Litigation

Mr. Marasco was my attorney for my divorce. Long story short my soon to be ex wife wanted the house and the mortgage was in my name only. I asked that there be something in the settlement telling her to refinance by a certain time. He said "we can do that but the court will not force her do that".... My wife got the home and I signed release of deed based on his recommendation and 5 years later after she continued to not make payments on house my credit is ruined. Shame on me I guess for not getting a second opinion or pushing the issue. Shame on him for being a terrible attorney. My ex wife has now not made payments for 2 years while the snail mortgage foreclosure process continues to eat my credit. He says he has 99% satisfied customers but from the sample of people that had him and spoke to me afterwards I say he not very good at math either. His personality is rough and his attitude to me, my-ex-wife, and people in general was offensive. When you get a lawyer do not go for people who do big ads in yellow pages. Those are the people that need it. Go to people that you know via word of mouth. His oversight of my case has cost me years of litigation to settle this house issue and the money involved with that. Add that to this his personality and treatment of myself and others and I think he’s a horrible lawyer.

Bob represented me in my divorce which went on longer than it should have. Bob kept me informed of everything going on and took me through the entire process which was a headache for him as well as me. Bob worked his butt off for me and was more than reasonable with his fees. He does have your best ...interest at heart and will always put you first. Thanks Bob.

A God Send

I have used Bob for 3 different situations, including the one that I am currently dealing with and will be using him a 4th time in the near future. There has been a divorce, alimony, investment accounts, paternity litigation, child support, enforcing case awards, etc. He can be "short" and direct, bu...t he is honest, understanding, and will not waste your money. There were things that I thought weren't fair in my divorce, and he was very honest and said he'd waste my money litigating/nit picking the issue with an unknown outcome, or we could stick to the things that matter. He understood my frustrations, but was very blunt in a way to not just take my money if it was not a determining factor. I was an unemployed mother of 3 going through a nightmare divorce, and he was very patient and worked with me on payments and continued to represent me even when I could not pay. We received the exact outcome we wanted, and I have told all of my friends about him and recommended him to more than one person. Top notch, to the point, honest and caring person. Be honest with him, and he will go to bat for you in a heartbeat. On a scale of 1-10, he's a 20.

Satisfaction

I hired Bob for my divorce. He quoted me a very reasonable minimum fee. He advised the fee could be more depending on the number of hours spent. He worked hard on my behalf and obtained a favorable result. I would recommend him highly to anyone who does not need their hand held and seeks an aggressiv...e, competent, reasonably priced attorney.
