For my first DUI offense I was unsure how to go about even finding an attorney to represent myself while having my best interests at heart. Joe Easton of leopard law was retained by me as I was charged with DUI while on vacation. Outcome?DISMISSED!! Not on a technicality, not amended to a lesser charge, no conditions etc. etc. Absolute and total dismissal! Perhaps the prosecutors know him and don't want to do battle. Perhaps wh...en they do battle with Joe they come out losing so they surrender from the jump. I couldn't tell you how the sauce is made but it was made and it was good. I had to retain Joe from out of state and since this allegation/charge is so devastating in a person's life, I had made several calls and wrote many emails leading up to the first conference hearing and not one time did my concerns, emails or phone calls go unanswered. Everything was explained clearly. If I had to call back for clarity, it was re-explained. Two of the calls spilled over while he was at home on a Friday night. I really thought my life was going to be crushed in so many ways.
