Deborah Dye

Was referred to Lindsay Sharpe, her partner by another attorney, and somehow got referred to this one. They immediately took a $5000 retainer from us, we had 2 phone conferences, and some e mail communication, the day of a hearing, she was not there 5 minutes before court. We called her office to mak...e sure she was attending, they said "she is in the stairway". She walked up to my wife and daughter and asked, "are you looking for me?" They then proceeded to court, where she was grossly unprepared to the point the judge had to ask her several question she wasn't prepared for. She told the judge she had our TPR finished and yet it still has not been filed. After this unacceptable conduct, we decided to go elsewhere, they then informed us our retainer was "non refundable". I do not recommend her for anything whatsoever, she was really nice trying to get our $5000, then things changed. We are grandparents trying to keep our grandchildren out of a very bad situation, and she was absolutely NO HELP.
