William John Wieland

William J. Wieland brings more than two decades of courtroom and mediation experience to Bogin, Munns & Munns, guiding businesses, property owners, and families through corporate formations, real-estate transactions and disputes, landlord-tenant issues, probate matters, and complex civil or family-law litigation. A former managing partner and Florida Supreme Court–certified mediator, Bill blends strategic advocacy with clear, empathetic communication to resolve challenging legal problems efficiently and effectively. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law (1984) after completing a pre-med degree at Wake Forest University and is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
