Kurt Erlenbach

Mr. ERLINBACH agreed to handle an appeal for a d.u.i conviction. I was assured there were multiple reasons for an appeal and a very good chance to have the conviction overturned. All payment must be paid up front.. I was told Mr. ERLINBACH suddenly became I'll and his wife Susan would handle my case.... After many phone calls to find progress on my case, I finally received a letter from Susan. With a hearing date less than 2 days away, she informed me she Didn't have the time to complete my appeal. Approximately 10% of my money was returned with a statement wishing me good luck. Obviously the appeal was thrown out and the Erlinbach's kept my money. As a result my employment. As a Ff/E.M.T.-P was thrown out as well.. I Didn't expect a home run, but to take my money and not even get up to the plate is not right. THANX Susan and Kurt.

Both Kurt and Susan have represented our family in legal matters. Her handling of the setup of our estate was so exemplary we named her as our executor. In another matter, she personally hunted down paperwork in Tallahassee, unsnarling a major legal mess to our great advantage. In the past we've seen... her drive clients to appointments, help them with personal problems, and just generally care about her clients as people.
