Biography
I have been practicing as a criminal defense attorney for the past seven years and provide a results-oriented, aggressive approach to criminal defense representation. I have significant experience representing clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors, including DUI, drug crimes, domestic violence and other violent crimes.
Prior to opening my own firm in 2011, I worked as a partner with Howze, Monaghan, Theriac & Kramer, and before that as an Assistant Public Defender. I have tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases and take great pride in aggressively defending the constitutional rights of those who have been arrested. I work tirelessly on each and every case to obtain the best possible outcome because I think of each client as though he or she is a personal friend or family member who is in trouble and needs my help. It is this attitude that keeps me highly focused, motivated, and driven to obtain the best possible result for each and every one of my clients.

creative expungement
