Well Worth It!!!!

Alan handled my messy divorce case. I previously had two other lawyers who were lazy. They never communicated with me or copied me with paperwork. Alan always called me back within 24 hours and answered my emails quickly. When we went to trial, I realized exactly what I had paid for. He was way ... more prepared than the other lawyer and did a better job of examining the witnesses. He's definitely not cheap, bu tI guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

beware

Never met me prior to scheduling two jury trials. Never answered my repeated questions regarding our strategy. Stated that was his business. Never told me what his "strategy" was. Asked for a plea bargain without asking me first. I did not ever ask him to make a plea bargain. Never interviewe...d a witness Never even allowed me the time to get the evidence I subpoenaed myself before he scheduled two trials without any witnesses for my defense. Never noticed me of the two trials he scheduled (without ever meeting me in person or discussing strategy) until the day before the trials he scheduled. Very shady Paid him $4000.00 to be thrown to the wolves.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
