Alan Landman is a true master at his craft. Watching him defend my case in the courtroom gave me confidence and peace of mind. Further, it was an absolute pleasure working with his firm every step of the way. They were nothing but respectful. I was 25 and facing false rape accusations related to a threesome I had over a year prior. The state attorney had already refused a criminal case, but this did not stop the petitioner from filing an injunction against me. Alan was able to not only prove that no rape occurred, but that consent had clearly been given. Everything was dismissed, and I felt like I could finally continue with my life again. Justice was served.
