I had multiple charges. I was facing a felony DUI, driving on a suspended license and a violation of probation. I was looking at 2yrs. Of jail time.He was able to get my felony DUI reduced to a misdemeanor reckless with one year of probation and he was able to get my VOP reduced from 180 days to 60 d...ays of weekends only. I feel the price I paid was very reasonable for the services I received. I would highly recommend Mr. Landman if your are facing similar circumstances.

I was told if you have the $ Go with Alan Landman. He is a bit Pricier than some other attorneys in Brevard county but he truly is "You get what you pay for" !! He was my 3rd family attorney on a what seemed to be a never ending losing battle , if I had him from the start I would have not just saved... alot of money but time and hardship. He has an incredible photographic memory remembering details from 40lbs of documents and evidence that he doesnt even have to review and dig through to answer your questions asap as if you were his only client. Picking a lawyer is scary especially if you have never done it before but if you have a hard case or want to make sure every tiny detail is in order and correct Alan is the Man!! I hired Mr. Landman to modify my timesharing agreement from a previous divorce. There were significant changes to the situation after the divorce was final, and I wanted to seek full custody of our child. Alan has a reputation for being expensive, aggressive, and a bulldog in the courtroom- his repu...tation is true. Mr. Landman is quick to respond to emails and communicates all events relevant to the case. We were able to settle just before court, but Mr. Landman was prepared for a fight. He had all evidence ready to present to the judge. Lawyers are expensive- I hope I never have to spend money on one again, but if I do, I will hire Alan Landman.

Mr. Landman and his firm were quick to assist all matters in my injunction defense and following paternity case. Injunction was quickly thrown out and the paternity case was settled pre-trial with a favorable result in a formerly unfavorable situation.
