Alan Harold Landman

This is my second time that I have hired Mr. Landman as my wonderful attorney. The first time was a custody case for my daughter 6 years ago. And this time was for my daughter’s legal name change. Mr. Landman and his staff are truly amazing. They always kept me in the loop with my case 24/7 and woul...d reply in seconds, always with a prompt response no matter what. I don’t trust many people and I would trust Mr. Landman and his staff with my life. Mr. Landman and his staff are very hard working and I feel very confident and at ease when they are working on my case. I would not work with any other attorney than Mr. Landman. He is the best attorney ever and always very trustworthy and direct. I can’t thank Mr. Landman and his staff for everything they have done for my daughter and I. I appreciate everything so much. Alan, and his staff are efficient, responsive, compassionate, honest, and informative. The process to prepare for a divorce proceeding is emotional, upsetting, and overwhelming. Alan, and his staff never let me down. The amount of information required to petition for divorce is abundant. The revie...w process of required documents is enormous, and Alan and his staff did an outstanding job. Alan reviewed my information, clarifying any ambiguity on my part. Alan always notified me of every correspondence, questions, notifications, or changes opposing counsel presented. Amazingly, Alan and his staff updated me within minutes of all correspondence from opposing counsel. Alan is straightforward in his approach. I have complete trust in him and highly recommend him. I feel blessed he is my attorney.

Mr. Landman represented me in a parenting plan modification case. Mr. Landman first and foremost is extremely responsive to his clients. Typically (including weekends and after hours) Mr. Landman would respond almost immediately. Or he would indicate to me that a follow-up would be completed when... he returned to the office. All emails and phone calls were promptly responded to. Secondly, Mr. Landman is ethical regarding his work practices, in that he provides you with realistic expectations and does not try to unnecessarily litigate your case just to make money. If he feels your case should be settled on your behalf, he will tell you. I respect this in an attorney and as a result would highly recommend Mr. Landman. Given my exact circumstance, I feel that I received the best possible outcome. I will use him in the future again if needed.

During the scariest time of my life, I was so blessed and lucky to have found Mr. Landman. Noone wants to have to go to court and go through the pain and stress that it all entails. If you ever find yourself there, then you need Alan Landman. He is a hard hitting no BS lawyer that won't sugar coat or... beat around the bush. He doesn't give you false expectations and pretty words that will let you down. Mr. Landman and his whole team works nonstop, and their day doesn't end when they punch the clock. I've never felt so secure and taken care. They never once allowed me to be weak and settle for less. I am eternally grateful.
