Alan Harold Landman

Alan was reccomended to me by someone who spends a lot of time in court and sees a lot of attorneys in action....and man were they right! If you've been in the system and are frustrated with the ineffectivness and lack of concern for the children and everyone involved, than Alan is your man. If you...r about to be in the system, than Alan is definetly your man. You better get to him before your opposition, because you will want him on your side of the table and not sitting across from you. Yes he may be a little more expensive than the other choices, however there is a reason...and trust me if you don't do it right the first time, it will cost you much, much, more the next time. Plus you can't put a price on the amount of stress that is elimanted from you and your family's life knowing you have a competent attorney who has your back. After my initial phone call with him, I knew I had the right person. Don't mistake his abrupt demeanor to anything but exhuding confidence. Alan is a straight shooter, will tell you like it is and doesn't sugar coat it like others who want to string it out. You want it off your plate and be able to move on with life, and so does he. If you have children and your goal is to make sure they get through this whole process unscathed...He has his own children and understands the importance of minimally impacting them. His team and entire crew are very professional, courteous and prompt as well. I hope I never have to use his services again but I have peace of mind knowing I will have the best in my corner if I do.

I used Alan to get a divorce. He was recommended to me as the best lawyer in town and they were right. He gave me great advice but let me make my own decisions once he did, he processed everything quickly and his team is among the best I've encountered. I would suggest if you are the type of person t...hat wants a lot of consoling or hand holding he is not your guy (I did not want these things) what he is however is the sharpest, hardest hitting, fastest acting attorney you could ever want. While I'm never getting married again, if I did, I would go back to Alan in a second.

If you want a lawyer that will tell you what needs to be told and not just what you want to hear, Alan is your man. Excellent communication by him and his staff. I was always kept in the loop. He was very knowledgeable in predicting the outcome of my case. He is an incredible aggressive trial at...torney which I witnessed first hand in Court. He really made my spouse suffer.

Alan handled my messy divorce case. I previously had two other lawyers who were lazy. They never communicated with me or copied me with paperwork. Alan always called me back within 24 hours and answered my emails quickly. When we went to trial, I realized exactly what I had paid for.
