Alan and his staff are who you want if you are having to go through a divorce. He will not over promise he will tell you the truth. My experience with Alan is extraordinary. Alan represented me through, by his own admission, one of his most highly contentious divorces. The other party went through 3 different attorneys and so it took two years. Though, as a result, I did get to experience the styles of 4 attorneys. On the other side there were strategies of mud-slinging,... misdirection, muddying the water, outright lying, etc. Alan easily adapted his approach to effectively deal with each. At the end of the day, his attention to detail allows him to very clearly paint the true picture to the judge and others. This IS probably the most important feature you need when divorcing to get a fair settlement/judgment. Alan's timely responsiveness is beyond reproach. Alan's meticulous attention to detail and recall is simply amazing. So much so that you would think that he had personally lived, daily, through the entirety of my marriage. He is VERY direct and assertive. Even with his clients. Sometimes you have to swallow your pride but in the end this always turned out to be a good thing. In then end he achieved everything that I told him was most important to me. Hire Alan. You won't regret it.

Alan represented me in my divorce, to stop alimony when the ex-wife got remarried, and to terminate child support when my daughter graduated school. Although all three cases settled out of court, Alan was well prepared to go to court if necessary. I like the fact that I didn’t have to take time out... of my schedule to meet with him all the time because almost everything was handled via emails. He promptly replied to every email and told me my best options and what I needed to do. His staff is exceptionally organized, communicated well with me prior to taking any actions, and generated all the legal documentation I needed. Fast, accurate, and no nonsense. I hope I never need legal representation again, but if I do I’ll definitely hire Alan again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Alan Landman and his staff. While everyone's divorce is complicated, mine involved a pre-nupt and numerous businesses. Alan settled my divorce today in 2 1/2 hours in a case that was not considered a slam dunk due to the fact that I am a father that asked for full custody, own a home and married 27 years. I am not sure that I expected this to go like it did. Alan was brilliant, I have full custody of my daughter, the... most important thing.
