I cannot say enough positive things about Alan Landman and his staff. While everyone's divorce is complicated, mine involved a pre-nupt and numerous businesses. Alan and his staff were able to unravel all the financial details, and to resolve the case with mediation. Alan's office is set up to res...pond to you and your questions almost immediately, and that is unheard of in the legal world. I highly recommend Alan Landman and his team.

I used Alan to get a divorce. He was recommended to me as the best lawyer in town and they were right. He gave me great advice but let me make my own decisions once he did, he processed everything quickly and his team is among the best I've encountered. I would suggest if you are the type of person t...hat wants a lot of consoling or hand holding he is not your guy (I did not want these things) what he is however is the sharpest, hardest hitting, fastest acting attorney you could ever want. While I'm never getting married again, if I did, I would go back to Alan in a second.

Alan represented me for my child custody and child support cases this year. This was ongoing and long(close to two years) due to my sons father being a pro se and dragging out the process. That didn't stop this fabulous lawyer. Alan and his staff were nothing but professional and meant business. No ...matter when or where, Alan ALWAYS got back in touch with me within a matter of minutes. He would tell me EXACTLY what to do and not to do. When I was told he was a "pit bull" in the courtroom, they meant it. I can't thank Alan and his staff enough for all of their hard work and dedication to my case. I wouldn't want anyone else on my side!

Alan handled my messy divorce case. I previously had two other lawyers who were lazy. They never communicated with me or copied me with paperwork. Alan always called me back within 24 hours and answered my emails quickly. When we went to trial, I realized exactly what I had paid for. Never met me prior to scheduling two jury trials. Never answered my repeated questions regarding our strategy. Stated that was his business. Never told me what his "strategy" was. Asked for a plea bargain without asking me first. I did not ever ask him to make a plea bargain. Never interviewe...d a witness Never even allowed me the time to get the evidence I subpoenaed myself before he scheduled two trials without any witnesses for my defense. Never noticed me of the two trials he scheduled (without ever meeting me in person or discussing strategy) until the day before the trials he scheduled. Very shady Paid him $4000.00 to be thrown to the wolves.
