Alan Harold Landman

It sounds really bad but Mr. Landman represented me for three different cases (unrelated to each other) in the last 20 years. Each time I/we walked away winners. Of course, we had the truth and facts on our side but we all know that doesn't guarantee justice. You will not get a cheap, sweet, shy l...awyer when you hire Mr. Landman but get ready to win and be mesmerized with his conduct in court! I swear it seemed like he was finishing the judge's sentences without overstepping but almost to their relief. He wants to make it simple for the judge and they seem to appreciate it. Of course this is my opinion I cannot speak for him. In short, hire him!

Mr. Landman and his staff have taken on two unusual cases for me. One was fixing a problem another attorney fouled up with the amount of money I was to receive in a tumultuous divorce. I was promised a “6” and only received a “3”. His team fought and won my case. We never stepped inside a courtroom. ...It wasn’t necessary, he managed to get what I was happy with. Second case dealt with the disability of my child and getting support from her dad. It was unusual because she was 18. He was able to moderate the situation that pleased me without going to court. Saved me $1000’s of dollars by avoiding the courtroom! Mr. Landman and his staff are efficient, forthcoming and on top of their game. If I ever need an attorney again, you can bet on who I choose!

Alan and his entire staff are a well organized and efficient team. Communication is almost instantaneous and there is no room for error with this group. Having no prior interaction with our judicial system here in Brevard County (or anywhere), i would say this was definitely a learning experience for... me. It was a long road, but in the end Alan was able to get my case settled with no court appearances with what I would consider a fair settlement.

I hired Alan to fight a wrongful arrest DUI case for me. While a bit pricey his service and knowledge of the legal system are unmatched. With the information I gave him and lack of information on the part of the state he was able to get the charge thrown out without having even ONE day in court. The ...lines of communication both through email and over the phone were both fast and time saving as I didn't have to make any lengthy trips from my home to his office other than the first consultation. His office staff are also very knowledgeable and professional both in person and over the phone and were quick to answer any and all questions I had pertaining to my case. Hopefully I'll never require his services again but if I do I know the attorney I'll chose to represent me.
