Richard Edmund Vaughan

Being a solo practitioner, Mr. Vaughan personally meets with and gets to know his clients, listens carefully and provides guidance to them. He has worked with clients from Germany, South Eastern Europe, China, Mexico and Central America, in immigration, criminal defense, Real Estate, and in crafting Estate plans which fit their budgets and desired outcomes.

Mr. Vaughan believes that preparing your immigration application is not just a one-shot deal, but a refinement process to help increase your chances of approval. Having studied German at the University of Salzburg, Austria, and law at the Free University of Berlin, earning the Geothe Institut award in German language proficiency, Richard speaks fluent German and has native Spanish-speaking staff to make communication in your own language easy.

Mr. Vaughan also studied law at the American University of Paris, speaking conversational-level French. He earned Top Student Awards in International Trade Law and International Business Transactions. He has also worked, studied and traveled in both Eastern and Western Europe and in several Pacific Rim countries, speaking smatterings of Russian and Japanese.

Domestically, he has defended foreign nationals in cases ranging from capital murder to traffic citations, and drafted Wills and assisted with their estate planning.
