I hired Ken to represent me on a violation of probation charge (4 technical violations and 1 new charge violation (DUI). Unfortunately, I was facing a court that would not consider reinstatement for anyone and jail time was certain. There is not one attorney that would have been able to persuade th...is Court otherwise. So the issue was how much time. This court was notorious for handing out one (1) year sentences for just one (1) technical charge and I had a total of five (5). I was facing a year and Ken was able to get me a four (4) months. His fee was the best money I ever spent. How much would you pay for eight (8) months of freedom? The other defendants that day were so impressed by Ken in the courtroom and shocked at the light sentence I received. Everyone else that day received eighteen (18) months. This Court simply does not mess around when it comes the VOPs. He is outstanding, professional and very knowledgeable in Court. He spoke on behalf for 30 minutes trying to get me the best sentence he could. I did not want to go to jail but I made a mistake and I had to face the consequences. The only way to make criminal court less stressful is to hire a dedicated and knowledgeable attorney that will fight for you. My only regret is not hiring him to represent me on my initial charge. You can't go wrong if you have him in your corner.
