Dear client, I am very sorry you had this experience. I went through a transition period where I was without an assistant for some time. I acknowledge that this is not an excuse, and I deeply regret that I was not able to give my clients the attention they deserved during that time. If you are a current client, please contact us to discuss how we can make this up to you. I have an excellent, experienced assistant now, and we are committed to serving our clients to the best of our ability.
