I’m Tiffany Ann Jones - lawyer, wife, mom, entrepreneur, and small business owner.

I’m a Florida-based business attorney with a unique foundation of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, and litigation.

I’m licensed to practice law in Alabama & Florida and my mission is to help people live their best lives by empowering them to do the legal side of business better!

I help businesses proactively manage risk, protect their brands, and implement legal strategies that support long-term success.

My Background

Before transitioning into law, I spent nearly a decade in media, marketing, business development, and asset monetization. First at Media General and then at Berkshire Hathaway Media Company, I worked closely with businesses to strengthen their brand presence, cultivate client trust, and drive growth through targeted digital media strategies. My expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital branding allows me to offer clients valuable insight into reputation management, intellectual property protection, and defamation-related issues.

Sua Sponte Law, PLLC, is not my first rodeo as an entrepreneur. I would not consider myself a serial entrepreneur because everything I do is thoroughly planned, carefully curated, and creatively crafted. However, I have founded and run multiple e-commerce companies. Those experiences gave me firsthand knowledge of the litany of legal and operational hurdles business owners face, which now informs my approach to helping clients build strong legal foundations, negotiate contracts, and implement risk management strategies.

As a litigator, I spent years advocating in court, tirelessly representing both business and individuals gaining an intimate and extensive understanding of the legal needs of businesses and honing my expertise in business law and risk management. This experience gave me invaluable insight into the legal challenges businesses face and the best strategies to safeguard them.

I am an active leader in the legal and local community. I serve as Immediate Past President and Board Member of the Brevard County Association for Women Lawyers, a Board Member on the Cumberland School of Law Alumni Advisory Board, a Member at Large on the Brevard County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board, and a Committee Member on the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court Board.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with multiple awards, including the Florida Association of Women Lawyers 2022 Leader in the Law Award, the 2021-2022 Member of the Year Award from the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court, the 2023-2024 Outstanding Contribution Award from the same organization, and the 2023 and 2024 Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers for Business/Corporate law (only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida can receive this distinction any given year).
