Everything about this firm is amazing Except Richard Feinberg This review is based on Richard Feinberg ONLY! He doesn’t care about his clients well being and only cares about the making The Almighty dollar without doing the work that’s needed to support your case. I’ve never seen such negligence ,un...preparedness, uninvolved lawyer when in fact, I submitted tons of voice recordings, document and emails that he used none of when we went to court . He said text messages were just enough well it wasn’t just enough. I gave him all pertinent information in regards to my case which he did not submit any of it on my behalf .He did no research on my ex-husband and turns out my Ex husband had a previous injunction, which would’ve applied to my case if he would do his homework or even cared at all. He did zero forensic accounting and never went through his books that he provided. He made a fool of me in court, and even the judge said so based on his lack of information and no knowledge and unpreparedness of the case. I could’ve made this a generated AI response but I didn’t. This is coming from my heart and soul. This man charged me a lot of money to make a fool of me in court with no outcome. I fired him at the court house and I had to then start over with a new lawyer. He does not support women and children. I wish I would’ve known going in. He was part of the good old boys club supporting men. I’m writing this so no one else gets taken by and made a full of by Richard Feinberg RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!!! I have all supporting evidence and proof to back these claims up against Richard Feinberg, please inquiry . Don’t make the same crucial mistake that I did that affected me and my daughter‘s future !!! still right now , two years later it’s effecting us! To sum this up, I gave him all the evidence and proof and documentation to make this case easy for him, and he used none of it . I hesitated to leave this review in regard to Mr. Feinberg due to certain connections; However, as I read more negative comments online, I hate to see people waste their money. My opinion. Pros: Mr. Feinberg was very professional, intelligent, sharp and his staff was kind throughout the enti...re process. That being said… Cons: He simply did not care about my case and it was obvious by his defense. On multiple occasions he allowed opposing counsel to hurl insulting remarks about myself for absolutely no reason while Mr. Feinberg said nothing. Yes, I understand these things happen from unprofessional attorneys; However, it was a pattern that was ALLOWED when circumstances did not warrant such venom. Mr. Feinberg was not prepared for court. The evidence against the opposing side was stacked to the ceiling in our favor and he failed to mention most of it. Still strange to me. The opposing attorney played legal games and ran up unnecessary costs with excessive emails and discoveries with little to no pushback from Mr. Feinberg. It is my STRONGEST belief he was more concerned about maintaining a good rapport with the opposing attorney than representing his own client. He finally said something about the excessive emailing but only because I spoke up. He never addressed the games being played by the other side. I NEVER felt he was in my corner. My gut tells me the opposing attorney and he had more phone conversations than I realize and I will leave it at that. That said, I have a sound understanding of the judicial system and not a conspiracy theorist by any means, but the way he allowed the opposing attorney to take the floor at times was not the “aggressive” attorney described to me. To quote Mr. Feinberg, “I don’t play” is a person I never saw. The entire experience was BIZARRE and I will never understand why he held back and allowed the other side so much room to do half of the shady things they did. Just makes me wonder. While there is a lot more, that’s all I will say at this time.

Stay as far away from this so called attorney as possible. He has no compassion and is lazy. He only cares about the money. Mishandled a friends divorce and put her and her children in harms way. He had no clue on case when went to court and was embarrassing as a member of the bar. So unprepared an...d was never available. has no compassion for women and I feel sorry for his wife. Save your money and your soul.

I hired Mr. Feinberg one week before my scheduled trial as my previous lawyer had done nothing to prepare for my case. Mr. Feinberg was a pleasure to work with, a complete contrast to my previous attorney. I am out of state and he immediately familiarized himself with my case and communicated consi...stently with me. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me and never seemed rushed. As time was short and I arrived from out of state just before the trial he was willing to meet with me on Sunday with no extra charge. He is intelligent, knows the law, was a fighter for me while expressing a true heart for my case and my children. I would most definitely recommend Richard Feinberg.
