Elise Singer grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated from North Shore High School. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in 1986. Elise is a current member of the Brevard County Bar Association and State Bar of Florida (since 1988) and is a licensed memeber of the State Bar of Texas (since 1986) and State Bar of Georgia (since 1987). She is the co-owner of FABAbill Legal Billing Software. Elise is married and has 2 adult children. She enjoys travelling and collecting wine.
