It took her about 6 months to finally get an eviction finished and I'm still waiting for the 24-hour notice to be posted it's been about a week since I paid the $90 for the rid of possession to be posted on the tenants door and I'm being told even by her that we may have to wait until another month f...or the writ of possession to be served and the 24-hour notice posted and even then the officer says he's going to bypass the 24-hour notice and let the tenant stay for at least a week and then I can gain possession of the property I ran this by her and she said nothing in response to this matter she simply said we should have the house by the 5th of next month because the 5th of this month is when I pay the $90 for the server to serve the 24-hour notice. Do not hire this lady if you need a timely eviction. If you want your tenant that you're trying to get out of that house to stay there for 6 months while you try and get him out of there and even then when you have a judge sign a rid of possession you may have to wait a whole another month with this attorney.
