I have had a lot of experience dealing with legal counsel, mostly due to business ventures. As a young man I considered becoming a lawyer but life (and an aptitude for computer related things) got in the way. I did a lot of contracts work with one of my attorneys. Point being, I asked a lot of detail...ed questions about strategy, expectations, what might happen next and why. Kevin always took the time to fully explain any detail I asked about. He respected my wish to know the why behind a lot of the steps taken or not taken. Also, despite our age difference we actually had a lot in common and he was enjoyable company to just sit, have a cocktail and tell stories. I really appreciated his directness and straightforward manner. He's going to be be a very successful PI Attorney. I made a good choice and got beyond personal service.

Kevin Butler is amazing! With this being my first time buying a home, he was able to explain and bring light to the agreements in the contract that I might not be ok with. I also received great advice from him about everything about the house and contract. I was so scared going into this huge commitm...ent of buying a house, but I am confident and super excited now!
