Assisted Reproduction includes surrogacy, egg donation and sperm donation. This law office facilitates the legal contracts between Intended Parents and their third party helpers. Finally, we perfect parentage in the Intended Parents and obtain a birth certificate.

Robert volunteers pro bono time to act as guardian ad litem for children who have been subjected to physical abuse, neglect, abandonment and medical illnesses. These activities are provided through the Orange County, Florida Juvenile Court system.

Parentage necessarily includes the ability for single and unmarried but coupled prospective parents to have children through assisted reproduction. Such issues arise in the context of access to physicians, contract negotiation and legislation.

Within the context of Assisted Reproduction, there are a myriad of ethical issues to consider. Examples include delayed reproduction, elder parenting, genetic issues, financial payment for gamete donation and independent representation of all parties.
