Attorney Joseph "Joe" ThurdeKoos is an Immigration Attorney in Orlando. Originally from Florida, Mr. ThurdeKoos was raised by his South American immigrant parents. After graduating with a degree in political science from the University of Central Florida, he continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law to earn a Juris Doctor. Today, Attorney ThurdeKoos is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the California Bar Association. In 2010, he joined Maney & Gordon, P.A. in Orlando as the managing attorney where he eventually became a Partner of the firm. In February of 2017, he left his former firm to focus on individual cases. Today, he continues to help clients with any legal issue related to Immigration & Nationality Law. Attorney ThurdeKoos can help clients with immigration issues in any legal jurisdiction including Federal, District, and the Sumpreme Court of the United States.
In the past, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County, Florida. He prosecuted felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Today, he uses this experience to help clients in Orlando and the surrounding areas. He launched his legal career by working in the entertainment industry for more than a decade. During this time, he assisted musicians and performers as they pursued O and P visas. Joe ThurdeKoos helps clients deal with a variety of immigration-related issues including EB-5, PERM, EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, E-3, L-1, E-2, family visas, fiancé visas, waivers, status adjustment, asylum, naturalization, deportation defense and federal litigation. Attorney ThurdeKoos is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Hispanic Bar Association or Central Florida, the Jesuit Bar Association and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. Avoid him.
Sometimes I had a impression Mr Joseph look at the mirror and feels like a God! He lost the ground and his office ended a family dream to just study at USA when he “forgot” or “disagreed” the American Law when not sent togheter our B2 extensions to immigration. This is a primary error! Result...DENIE...

Replied last July 27, 2020I sincerely wish you followed my advice. As you know, after your case was denied I filed and won the appeal as it was clear USCIS made an error. Unfortunately, you switched attorneys while the appeal was pending and your new legal advisor was wrong. This is likely why you believed I “disagreed” with the law. I am proud to report we were able to prove USCIS made an error, we won your appeal, and USCIS corrected their mistake as a result of our advocacy. When I notified you of winning the appeal, you stated you would correct your review. Nevertheless, we wish you the best in your endeavors.
