I highly recommend Austin Hogan to fight for me during my claim to obtain SSI/SSDI benefits. We have been dealing with minor bumps along the way but, we are still standing in this fight to win my case!! All is looking good, all medical/mental health/ drug & alcohol, as well as, my school records to m...y past struggles with ongoing mental health, learning disability, attendance, & behavioral records. Christian Mamhot my case manager , has been such a blessing, as well during this fight to win my claims. Though, we have had a couple denial letters for SSDI due to lack of work history but, that doesn't stop us from executing my claim for SSI benefit through SSA correspondence claim. We as a whole will continue to fight to win, with our ongoing participation, hard work, & dedication we shall achieve our goal to successfully meet our goals in a reasonable timeframe, & with our consistent collaboration we shall succeed at gaining our win, God willing. I definitely, appreciate their hard work & for that they shall not go unnoticed or highly recommended to assist in others cases, as well!! They were very informative and helped me navigate what was needed to get my daughter approved. They had great communication and it wasn't a scam like I was afraid from the other companies. I was at the beginning of my initial application in 2025. The application was very detailed, and I was not in a great place to do this whole process by myself. I completed the initial application and uploaded it to the Social Security website. I was researching Social Security videos when an ad p...opped up with Brian Hogan, and I decided to click on it. I gave my information and I was called right away for a consultation. Jaden was assigned to my SSDI case . He explained what the next step would be with various forms, such as function tests, and work history reports to fill out. He also helped me to keep my records and my pertinent information for the doctors that I was seeing regularly. Since that time, he's been very helpful in getting my medical records turned into Social Security on time. I had a lot of questions in the beginning, and he answered them without an issue. He assured me that he would be on top of my case, and that has been very true. I'm very grateful that I have the support of Jaden. He is very knowledgeable about the process .Jaden stays in contact by phone or messaging on Case Status App to discuss my disability case with updates every couple of weeks or sooner if something comes up in between that time. This is a family-run law office, and I know the lawyers and caseworkers all work together to build their clients' disability case step by step. I do not know them personally. However, the action , details , and communication regarding my pending case support my opinion. Jaden is an asset to Hogan Smith Law Firm and an awesome case manager !
