I was at the beginning of my initial application in 2025. The application was very detailed, and I was not in a great place to do this whole process by myself. I completed the initial application and uploaded it to the Social Security website. I was researching Social Security videos when an ad p...opped up with Brian Hogan, and I decided to click on it. I gave my information and I was called right away for a consultation. Jaden was assigned to my SSDI case . He explained what the next step would be with various forms, such as function tests, and work history reports to fill out. He also helped me to keep my records and my pertinent information for the doctors that I was seeing regularly. Since that time, he's been very helpful in getting my medical records turned into Social Security on time. I had a lot of questions in the beginning, and he answered them without an issue. He assured me that he would be on top of my case, and that has been very true. I'm very grateful that I have the support of Jaden. He is very knowledgeable about the process .Jaden stays in contact by phone or messaging on Case Status App to discuss my disability case with updates every couple of weeks or sooner if something comes up in between that time. This is a family-run law office, and I know the lawyers and caseworkers all work together to build their clients' disability case step by step. I do not know them personally. However, the action , details , and communication regarding my pending case support my opinion. Jaden is an asset to Hogan Smith Law Firm and an awesome case manager !

We met with Brian more than 2 years ago regarding an auto accident. When you do get to speak with Brian, he has said for the last 18 months that he will file suit; however, still has not filed. An offer from insurance had expenses that were incorrect. He said that because my daughters car was uninsu...red that would be a problem, however, it was explained that my daughter was a passenger in that car and that it did not belong to her. Stated he would file suit, but the county to file was incorrect, and no suit ever filed. Told my daughter that she would receive weekly updates, however, there is NO communication. This is still an active case and we haven't heard from the attorney or his staff in months. It is our belief that he is hoping that we just walk away. We've discussed this case with other attorneys that said because too much time has passed that the power of getting the insurance company to pay now is very slim and that this attorney has failed us.
