I began my process with a different attorney. After being told something incorrect and then having this attorney deny having ever said it, I turned to Richard West. Richard guided me through what is by all accounts one of the worst experiences one can have in a lifetime. He was honest, forthcoming w...ith all facts, no nonsense, smart and knowledgeable in all aspects of the law, not afraid of hard work when it came to depositions and follow up to the depositions and in general gave me good advice throughout. I always felt like I was in good hands. In the end, I felt like we ended with a win/win situation, one which I believe will allow both parties to move forward with their lives.

When I retained the West Law Group, my divorce had been lingering for 1.5 years with 3 previous attorneys.
