James Patrick Kelly

About a year ago my son retained Mr. Kelly for a speeding ticket exceeding 15MPH over the speed limit with a very favorable outcome.. a withhold of adjudication, no points etc.. Never having to step foot into a courtroom. Just recently, I myself was cited in an accident where my car was totaled.. T...he citation had very negative implications for my insurance situation because of the crash.. I retained Mr. Kelly for my situation about a month or so ago and he just contacted me to inform me that he had the court dismiss my citation this morning.. That no more action was required on my end.. I don’t have to tell you how pleased and relieved I am! Let me add that all of this was accomplished on a super reasonable retainer fee and without having to appear in court. I sincerely recommend Mr. Kelly to anyone and everyone needing this type of counsel or otherwise, hands down!
