We are very experienced in all aspects of real estate matters including but not limited to commercial and residential transactions, land use and development of commercial property, conducting closings for any size transaction, issuing title policies and creating association documentation. We also handle commercial and residential leases and evictions. We have represented lenders and borrowers in the loan process including the initial loan documentation, loan modfications and loan workouts.

We can handle estate planning for any size estate that includes anything from a simple will package to large complex trusts. Wills, trusts, health care directives, living wills, and durable power of attorney matters.

During the difficult time of dealing with the death of a loved one, we understand the need for caring and competent representation to administer the estate. We are available 24 hours a day to assist and guide the personal representative through the probate process.

We are very qualified to advise our clients on all of the various business entity options available and can form any type of business entity to maximize the business purpose and liability protection. We also handle other business matters including collection efforts, partnership/member disputes or issues, and the purchase and sale of a business and/or its assets. We are proficient in contract drafting and negotiations for any business related matter.
