He is demeaning and illiterate. He produced no work product, NO preparation for court and it was certainly reflected when presenting a case. He is a scammer that leans on you for money but does not do any work for it. He eithet provided provided the wrong time for court or missed the court date c...ompletely and then tries to blame the client for his failures. This nan should not be practicing law, a case i am going have to make to the bar but do not hire him, he will scam you too.

It's been since 2013 and now its almost 2024. Our case was taken by this firm. Our lawyer Bradley got disbared and now we have Haynes. He is terrible. I don't recommend him at all. You ask for a document and he want give you this most important one. He's trying to get paid over 200 hundred thousa...nd dollars and giving us $60 thousand. He is mean, rude and extremely disrespectful. Not a trusting attorney at all. I will be filing charges against him.

Mr. Haynes took my case in spite of it being in North Florida-well outside of his geographical territory and is doing everything in his power to assist me in getting a reasonable resolution to my case. He was very professional at first and willing to work with me but out if no where he flipped a switch. He became very distant and unwilling to take my phone calls. When I was able to talk to him on the phone he was very rude and would curse at me. It got so bad that come the court date he had an argu...ment with my mother in front of everyone at the courthouse. I can not express the amount of embarrassment I experienced. Do not trust this man. He does not have your best interest at hand and seems to be in it just for the money. Please save your money for someone who will truly want to help you.

Mr. Haynes got 2 of my cases completely dismissed. While I was incarcerated, my mother spoke more with his assistant Chelsea, but she always ensured to get answers from Mr. Haynes and kept my mother and myself up to date on the work being done and the status of my case. There was never a time where o...ur questions went unanswered. He went above and beyond to be several steps ahead of the prosecutor and his passion did not go unnoticed! He may not be the friendliest to deal with, but he will always keep it real with you. He is pricey but you get what you pay for!
