Denius Law has extensive experience helping equipment finance companies and auto finance companies recover equipment and luxury vehicles. We have particular knowledge and experience recovering collateral through replevin including obtaining and executing prejudgment writs of replevin.

Denius Law helps banks and finance companies in bankruptcy proceedings by assisting with proofs of claim, filing objections to plans, obtaining adequate protection and filing motions for relief from stay.

Denius Law also has particular experience defending banks and finance companies from claims alleging unlawful debt collection and wrongful repossession.
