Don't Waste Your Time
Was very demeaning and made me feel less then. It seemed he was just looking to get out of it what ever amount he could and go on to a higher earnings case.

Replied last August 15, 2012This is in response to the recent review. Thank your review, this is not reflective of how I do business. No client of mine has communicated these concerns to me. I treat all clients with respect. Although I give recommendations and advice, the decision to settle a case is left to the client. Our retainer agreements are clear, we receive the allowable WC portion of the settlement. WC does not pay for pain and suffering, so WC settlements are typically less than personal injury cases. Injured workers have very limited rights so I do the best to present options. Again, this does not sound like an accurate portrayal of the situation, but if you are a client, I encourage you to call me directly so that we can discuss your situation and resolve it to your satisfaction. Thank you.
