I hired Wade when I needed to modify and enforce my custody order. My ex-wife was not following the agreement and trying to poison my children against me. From the beginning I knew that I had made a good choice. Wade was relentless with my ex. If she was late disclosing anything that was required, he... immediately filed a motion and got her to comply. She was trying to delay as she did not want to face the judge. Wade did not let her get away with anything. After the trial my custody was changed to me having a lot more time. Wade did a great job showing the judge all of the things that she was doing. It went very well for me and very poorly for her. I highly recommend using Wade as your attorney if you have a family law matter like I did.

i was very disappointed with the end result of my case. I understand that attorneys cannot predict the outcome of a case, however, for the amount of money I paid my attorney, I would’ve have expected to at least get a few of my requested conditions during my divorce and child custody. Instead of my ...“worse day in court scenario” I got even worse end results. With a little work on my end and a paralegal or another attorney I would’ve gotten better results and could’ve saved a few thousand dollars. I selected Wade because of the 10 attorneys I had interviewed he was the most prepared for my initial consultation and made me feel like he would really fight for me. Unfortunately that was not the case. The only concern he showed was to assure that I would submit my next payment to him. I would not recommend him for any legal services. If you have a large disposable income, then best of luck! For everyone else who is hard working and living paycheck to paycheck stay away. He was not even willing to work with me towards the end of my case and decided to drop me as a client and left me stranded towards the end of the most difficult time in my life. No compassion.

I hired Wade as my divorce attorney after I was referred to him by a co-worker who used him for her divorce. I was immediately comfortable with his demeanor, knowledge and competence. He took the time during our initial consultation to really understand my case and the things that are important to me.... Throughout my case he was very responsive and thorough. When we went to mediation, he was very prepared and knew my case. We were able to settle our entire case during mediation. I got exactly what I wanted with regard to the children and the finances. Wade handled a divorce and custody case for me. My wife was trying to keep me from my kids. Wade got things going fast and was aggressive. Unfortunately, we had to go to court, but he did a great job and really showed the judge how difficult my wife was being. I got equal custody of my kids. The judg...e even commented in her ruling that my wife was not supporting my relationship with the kids. I am very happy since my wife made me miss a lot of time with my kids. Since court she has really backed off. We did not have very much as far as property, but Wade did a great job of presenting all of the information. I am happy with that result too.
