Wade P. Luther stood by my side from day one. He's been my attorney for over 5 years in my custody case. His advice and guidance were paramount in my case. i was very disappointed with the end result of my case. I understand that attorneys cannot predict the outcome of a case, however, for the amount of money I paid my attorney, I would’ve have expected to at least get a few of my requested conditions during my divorce and child custody. Instead of my ...“worse day in court scenario” I got even worse end results. With a little work on my end and a paralegal or another attorney I would’ve gotten better results and could’ve saved a few thousand dollars. I selected Wade because of the 10 attorneys I had interviewed he was the most prepared for my initial consultation and made me feel like he would really fight for me. Unfortunately that was not the case. The only concern he showed was to assure that I would submit my next payment to him. I would not recommend him for any legal services. If you have a large disposable income, then best of luck! For everyone else who is hard working and living paycheck to paycheck stay away. He was not even willing to work with me towards the end of my case and decided to drop me as a client and left me stranded towards the end of the most difficult time in my life. No compassion.

I hired Mr. Luther to represent me in my divorce after meeting with several attorneys. I immediately felt comfortable with him as he seemed sincerely interested in my situation and how to help me. My case involved some tricky financial issues due to my ownership in a company. There were also children...’s issues that needed to be resolved. I was very happy with the way that Mr. Luther handled my case. He communicated well with me and kept the case moving along. My wife was pretty difficult at times and her attorney seemed to be angry with everyone! Mr. Luther handled it great and always kept his composure. In the end we did have a trial which was honestly not too fun. However, I was very happy with the ruling and got pretty much everything that I expected. Before the trial, Mr. Luther told me how he thought the judge was going to rule on the different issues. He was pretty much dead on as the judge ended up right where he said it would be. I definitely recommend using him and I will again if I need another attorney.

I hired Wade as my divorce attorney after I was referred to him by a co-worker who used him for her divorce. I was immediately comfortable with his demeanor, knowledge and competence. He took the time during our initial consultation to really understand my case and the things that are important to me.... Throughout my case he was very responsive and thorough. When we went to mediation, he was very prepared and knew my case. We were able to settle our entire case during mediation. I got exactly what I wanted with regard to the children and the finances. Although the divorce process is not pleasant, Wade made the experience much better and got me through it quickly. I highly recommend Wade.

Mr. Luther handled my divorce for me. I was very happy with him especially the way that he kept me informed. He was very good about explaining what was going on and preparing our strategy. My ex and I reached a partial agreement at the first mediation. We were scheduled for trial for the other issues..., but Mr. Luther was able to negotiate a settlement to the remaining issues. He presented himself in a confident way and I am sure that my ex did not want to deal with it in court. I got the deal that I wanted – especially about the children. I would definitely use him again if needed and recommend him to others.
